Verifying an address

Syntax, disposable domains, MX records, catch-all detection and an SMTP probe that sends nothing. Built in, not resold, so there is no per-address fee and no verification plan to buy.

Sending

Through your own mailbox, over plain SMTP. No relay, no shared sending domain, no warm-up network to rent. Connect as many mailboxes as you like: we do not count them and we do not charge for them.

Receiving

Replies land in the mailbox you already read. Nothing is charged for a reply arriving; only the agent that reads it and decides what happens next costs a credit, and it is one.

Seats

Invite your whole team. Nobody is counted, and there is no plan that unlocks them.

Four products: a contact database, an enrichment tool, a verification service and a sending platform.
Most of them bill per seat, so the price goes up when a colleague wants to look.
All of them bill every month, whether you ran a campaign or not.
The credits they include reset at the end of the month, so a quiet month is money you simply lose.
Mailboxes are charged one by one, and your prospect data lives on their servers.

Questions

Before you top up.

Do credits expire?

No. They sit on your balance until you spend them. There is no monthly reset and no use-it-or-lose-it.

What happens when I run out?

The agents stop and tell you. Nothing is deleted, nothing is cancelled, and no card is charged that you did not ask us to charge. Auto top-up is off until you turn it on, and then it only fires at the threshold and the amount you set, under a monthly ceiling you choose.

Is there a free trial?

5,000 credits at signup, no card. A trial runs one project and stops at 500 leads found. Both limits lift the first time you top up.

Do you charge per seat or per mailbox?

Neither. Invite the whole team and connect every mailbox you have; nothing about that changes what you pay.

Am I going to get a surprise bill?

There is no bill. There is a balance you topped up on purpose.

What is the catch with self-hosting?

There is not one. Same repository, same code, AGPL-3.0, no feature gate. You bring your own AI provider key and pay that provider directly.

Can I start on cloud and move to my own server later?

Yes. It is the same codebase: Docker, five minutes, your own key. Nothing is missing.
